After the purchase decision is made, detailed factory layouts including all technical data, which are necessary to prepare everything in advance, are designed and together with the customer a tailor-made solution is defined. Furthermore, the prepared detailed time schedule guarantees a structured and organized management from the beginning of a project until the line performs at customer‘ s site. After the successful hand over of the equipment, the project work will be moved from the project management team straight to the after sales division.
Our after sales division ensures immediate assistance in any case. Senior technicians which are handling this division provide high quality support for our customers.
