By eliminating ABA structures the deCON enables customers to cut considerable production cost on virgin material, power consumption on extruders, and on screen-changes while being perfectly safe in terms of regulations. This is possible through the REAL first in - first out technology used in the process, the complete drying of the material (< 50 ppm) which is keeping the iV loss in extrusion at an absolute minimum, and the de-dusting during the heat-up stage.
