Highly automated line
Many automation features assure constant, reproducible sheet quality and efficiency in production. You benefit from minimized production losses, energy savings and very short changeover times for a highly flexible machinery.
Roll-stack: up to +30% capacity
The High Capacity roll-stack increases extruder throughput by up to 30% thanks to its high cooling capacity. It guarantees excellent quality of the sheet surface and is ideal for the production of thick sheet.
Automatic winder
The centerWINDER with fully automatic roll handling is intended for single or multiple rolls, and has a wrapping mode for roll vendors. It meets the highest safety standards and can be operated by one person using its automatic shaft handling.
